- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and sent within 48 hours of payment. If you live in Australia, orders take 2 - 6 days, depending on where you live. For international orders, Air Mail takes 3 - 10 days.
- Do you give free samples?
No we do not send free samples. Sorry for any inconvenience but we find that sending free samples takes up alot of time and is not very cost effective. Samples are charged at wholesale prices.
- How Pure is the Emu Oil?
The Pure Emu Oil we provide is of the highest quality. It is refined and certified to the degree of purity that is safe to take internally. Not all Emu Oil can be taken internally.
- How much does the postage cost?
We go by the costs of Australia post, which is calculated by weight. So what you will pay for postage depends on what you order. The more you order, with each additional item the cost will go up less and less.
